Please limit one pin design per order.
For instance, if you have 20 different pin designs you will need to order each one separately. Shipping is always free so you don’t have to “bundle” multiple designs in a single order to try to save on shipping.
Absolutely.
When submitting your request for a quote, upload your artwork and explain how you would like us to use it. Vector files (PDF, AI, or EPS) are best, but any image format is fine. You can also upload concepts or sketches of your idea and then our artists can then flesh it out into a full-color design.
If you select your pins as a rush order then they can be shipped in as little as 1 business day. The order will be shipped via FedEx and arrive on the date that you select during checkout.
Yes! Our pins are metal.
We have one of the lowest minimum quantities in the industry, with only a minimum of 25 per order!
Yes! There is no obligation to purchase pins if you don’t like your pin design.
However, we have some of the pin industry’s most talented artists so we’re confident you’ll love the design. Simply describe what you have in mind or upload a reference image and we’ll provide you a beautiful, professional design within minutes! Unlimited revisions are included.
When describing your design, mention any accessories that you’d like. You may also add this when requesting a revision to your pin design.

NOT with Rush Orders:
Please note that due to the extra time it takes to manufacture, accessory upgrades are NOT available for Rush Order pins. Select Standard Delivery speed during checkout to keep the accessory upgrade.
