Each order is created through a team effort. You are a very important part of our team. We rely on you for vital information in order to produce the pins you want. While we are working together, we each have responsibilities. For your convenience, we have included these responsibilities below. Please take a moment to read them. Standing behind our products 100%
SoftballPinsFast.com backs each and every product we manufacture with our Manufacturer’s Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.
Giving you accurate information
Prior to starting production, you will receive via e-mail a digital proof of your final custom-made product. This high-quality digital proof will allow you to spell check, verify Pantone colors, size and make any additional changes or corrections prior to starting production. The “size” of your lapel pin is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of your design.
We use the Pantone (PMS) color matching system, and it is important that you indicate your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. For additional information regarding the Pantone (PMS) color matching system, visit the Pantone site at www.pantone.com. In addition, because all computer monitors/ printers do not display colors in the same way, you should confirm your color choice by consulting a Pantone (PMS) color book/chart, which are available at most art supply stores and some libraries. All Pantone (PMS) numbers will be listed on the proof so that you can verify them easily.
Producing your order correctly & on time
Once we have obtained your approval on the order confirmation described above, we will begin production of your order. Typical production timelines are below. While almost all orders ship in the advertised time frames, we can not and do not guarantee any production times or shipping times.

Zinc Alloy lapel pins require 16-18 business days to manufacture.
Dual-Plated Die Struck lapel pins require 18-21 business days to manufacture.
Blinking or LED-lighted lapel pins require 14-16 business days to manufacture.
*Due to the extreme volume of pins ordered between the dates of May 1st to July 31st there will be no delivery guarantees for any custom products implied or offered between this time period.
Large orders may require additional production time. Replacement orders are subject to the same production time frames (as set forth above) as the original order. For more information, please speak to your sales representative. Your finished order will be air-shipped via FedEx Express (at no additional cost to you for orders to be shipped to the United States) directly to the address you specify.
Rush Order Pins
Rush Order Pins are an imitation jewelry product capable of rapid production in the United States. In order to meet strict deadline requirements, they are manufactured using a different process than traditional custom pins.
Materials and Construction
Rush Order Pins are not die-struck, soft enamel, hard enamel, or offset printed pins. While some designs may feature a thin metal micro-surface, all Rush Order Pins are primarily composed of plastic material. They do not have engraved or raised metal surfaces.
Color and Printing
All colors are produced using a CMYK printing process. Any spot colors shown in proofs may be converted to CMYK at our discretion.
Design Limitations
Rush Order Pins cannot include certain features such as back-stamps, backing cards, glitter, danglers, spinners, sliders, or blinking lights. Special packaging options are also not available for Rush Order Pins.
Size and Backing Requirements
Rush Order Pins must have a minimum 11mm diameter area on the back of the pin to accommodate the attachment base. Certain designs, including very small sizes, narrow shapes, or designs with multiple cutout areas, may not provide sufficient space for the attachment base and may result in production delays.

Orders received after 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the following business day.

Online Ordering System
We offer Authorize.net’s secure online credit card processing as a convenience to our customer’s. Our hope is that you will find this payment system useful and handy. The security of your financial and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. With Authorize.net, your order is as secure as possible. We do request that you check and verify with your sales person prior to processing an order to insure it could be manufactured and delivered by your due date as once an order has been placed it may not be canceled for any reason and any funds received will be issued to your account or applied to future purchases. Upon order placement, we immediately allocate artist design time and reserve production capacity to meet the customer’s selected delivery date. These services begin at the time of purchase and constitute earned consideration. Because design labor and production scheduling commence immediately, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed.
You are responsible for:
Legal ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to SoftballPinsFast.com, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity’s intellectual property rights.
Confirming your order
Pay close attention to the proof provided to you. Once you receive the digital proof, carefully review it in detail. Please give special attention to (1) the design you have chosen, (2) the spelling of words you have chosen, and (3) the colors you have chosen. If there are no changes or corrections to your proof, return your approval to us via email. This is your signal to us that the order has been approved. Orders placed directly through our online ordering system allow a complete review of your ordering details, along with our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, online orders do not require a Confirmation Letter email. Because we are producing a custom-made product with no market available for cancelled orders, an order may not be cancelled for any reason.
Shipping Your Product
It is our goal to have your product delivered to you on or before the date you need it. We hope you understand, however, that we cannot guarantee our deliveries nor be held responsible for delays in shipping which are beyond our control, such as inaccurate/undeliverable address information, U.S./Foreign Customs procedures, COVID-19 restrictions, the misrouting of your package by the carrier, or the unavailability of the addressee. In addition, there will be a shipping charge if the product is to be shipped to a location outside of the United States. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. SoftballPinsFast.com is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues caused by customs processing or the recipient’s refusal to pay applicable import charges.

Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. Each order includes immediate design preparation and production slot reservation. Even if manufacturing has not yet begun, design labor and scheduling services have been initiated. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order is submitted.
SoftballPinsFast.com does not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt.
Warranty and Disclaimer of Warranty
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS WE MANUFACTURE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, USE OR EVENT. Moreover, our warranty shall not apply to products: (i) not purchased by the customer directly from SoftballPinsFast.com; (ii) modified or used as component parts of other products; (iii) damaged or misused, regardless of reason, including, without limitation, by any act of God, fire, natural disasters, war, acts of violence or riots, installation, relocation, de-installation, third party repair, use with third party products or applications, extreme environmental conditions, defacement by etching or writing post code, name, or other identifier on the product; or (iv) covered by other warranties offered independently by SoftballPinsFast.com.
This Agreement and any document referenced herein sets out the entire agreement relating to the terms and conditions of any SoftballPinsFast.com Warranties and supersedes any prior agreements, arrangements or representations regarding the product(s). No change may be made to any SoftballPinsFast.com warranty unless made in writing and by an authorized officer of SoftballPinsFast.com. If any provision of these SoftballPinsFast.com Warranties is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed without effect to the remaining provisions. If a provision of these Warranties that is fundamental to the accomplishment of the purpose of these Warranties is held to any extent to be invalid, the customer and SoftballPinsFast.com shall immediately commence good faith negotiations to remedy that invalidity.
THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND CONTROL OVER ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAWS. SoftballPinsFast.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT SoftballPinsFast.com CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL END ON THE EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY TERM. SoftballPinsFast.com IS NOT LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING AS A RESULT OF A BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR TERM.
Binding Agreement
This agreement is the entire agreement between the SoftballPinsFast.com Network and our customers and supersedes any other communications via email or telephone with respect to this promotional products order.
In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Greenville County, South Carolina, USA., and that the prevailing party is entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees before trial or hearing, during trial or hearing, after trial or hearing, and/or appeal. Should SoftballPinsFast.com be named in a copyright/trademark infringement lawsuit arising out of SoftballPinsFast.com’s use of a copyright/trademark protected item provided by you for use in your product, you agree to indemnify SoftballPinsFast.com for any damages and/or litigation-related expenses borne by SoftballPinsFast.com.
